You may think you need another strategy. Often, you need someone who can see what is already there - the patterns, possibilities and parts of you that have become buried beneath the noise.
When Things Feel Tangled
You are not short of ideas. You are too close to all of them.
You may have built a successful business, gathered years of experience or created something people already value. Yet the work no longer feels as alive as it once did. Your ideas compete with one another. Your message has become difficult to explain. You keep trying to make yourself fit ways of working that no longer suit you.
This does not always mean starting again. It may mean stepping back far enough to notice what keeps returning, what no longer belongs and what is trying to emerge next.
This Is Where I Come In
I notice what you cannot always see from inside your own work.
I do not arrive with a formula and try to fit you inside it. I listen to the stories, ideas, images and details you keep returning to. I notice the patterns running beneath your work and help you understand what they may be trying to become.
Sometimes that means refining your message or offer. Sometimes it reveals a new direction. Often, it means reconnecting you with the part of yourself that became quieter while you were busy building the business.
Then we translate what we uncover into clear language, practical decisions and something you can begin using in the real world.

Kylie Dixon MBE
Coach, artist, author and immersive world builder for creative women.
I have a particular ability to notice the thread running through a woman’s ideas, experiences and work — even when she cannot yet see it herself.
Before creating this next chapter, I spent 18 years in banking and went on to build The Northern Lass Lounge, one of the North East’s best-known communities for women in business. That work supporting female entrepreneurship and social enterprise was recognised with an MBE in the King’s Birthday Honours.
My work now brings together business, creativity, storytelling, nature, visibility and community. I use that combination to help women reconnect with what is unusual and valuable about them, and turn it into work other people can understand, connect with and buy.
Much of my in-person work happens from my allotment workspace in Seaham — surrounded by field notes, artwork, books, growing things and whatever idea is emerging next.

Not Coaching As You Know It
