The Creative Director · 12-Week Immersive Experience
A 12-week immersive creative direction experience for established women whose business already works, but whose outside world hasn't caught up with what it has become.
You've built something good. Something real. Something people already pay you for.
But somewhere along the way, the business grew beyond the way it looks. The outside hasn't caught up with what's actually happening inside it.
You can feel there's more here: a richer world, a stronger identity, something people should understand before you've even had to explain it.
Creative Direction
This isn't a rebrand, and it isn't a photoshoot. It's the work that comes before both: looking properly at what you've built, finding the thread that runs through it, and imagining the world your business belongs to.
I don't create a false version of you. I notice what is already there, connect what looks unconnected, and turn up the volume on what is already unmistakably yours.
From there we shape a clear creative direction, and then I stay with you to bring enough of that world to life that you can see it, feel it and continue it.
How I Work
I start with what is already there.
I notice the language, objects, stories, habits, energy, spaces, references and details you've stopped noticing because they're simply part of your everyday world.
I find the patterns between things that might currently look unrelated: your expertise, history, obsessions, style, customers, ideas and the way you naturally move through your work.
I take those threads and imagine the bigger creative world they could become: its story, atmosphere, visual language and possibilities.
I turn that world into decisions: locations, styling, objects, imagery, composition, atmosphere, movement and the creative production needed to make it real.
Then we connect it back to the actual business, so it has somewhere to live through your website, content, campaigns, offers, launches or customer experience.
The 12-Week Experience
This is not a one-day ideas session. I stay with the work from the first immersion through to the creative production, activation and handover.
Before we meet, I explore your existing business, offers, online world, inspirations and the things you already know are shifting. You complete thoughtful pre-work so I arrive ready to look beyond the obvious.
I spend around five hours inside your world in person, watching, listening, questioning, photographing, sketching and noticing how you work, communicate, move, create and connect. I collect first. I don't force the answer in the room.
I take everything away and do the deep creative work: research, pattern-spotting, connections, visual exploration, narrative, atmosphere, references, sketches and concept development.
I reveal the world I see around your work: its central idea, story, visual language, atmosphere, styling, locations, imagery, signature details and possibilities. We refine it together, then sign off the creative direction.
We decide what part of the world we're bringing to life first. I develop the production direction: location, styling, props, visual references, shot ideas, atmosphere and the practical creative brief.
We step into the world. I lead the creative production alongside photographer Alice Slee, directing the concept, story, energy, styling, movement and details while Alice captures it through her photographic eye.
The world doesn't disappear into a folder of beautiful photographs. I translate it back into your business and create up to three exemplar applications to show how it can live across your marketing, content, offers, launches or customer experience.
You leave with a Creative Direction World Book holding the concept, narrative, visual language, signature elements, imagery, creative principles, applications and direction for continuing the world, plus a final handover session.
Private WhatsApp access Monday–Thursday for creative thoughts, questions, decisions and the conversations that need to happen between our scheduled sessions.
Then We Make It Real
I've chosen photographer Alice Slee to work alongside me on the production of these worlds. Alice and I have already created together. She was behind the camera when I brought my own Outlandish world to life.
I create and hold the creative direction. Alice brings the photographic eye that captures it.
Together, we create imagery that doesn't simply show what you look like. It shows people where your business belongs.
Included within your 12-week experience: a five-hour professionally photographed creative production with Alice, including her preparation and editing, with a minimum of 230 final edited images.
Every creative direction is different. If the world we develop calls for a larger production, such as additional shoot time, specialist locations, film, hair and make-up, set construction, specialist styling or other collaborators, I will scope it with you first. Nothing additional is commissioned without your approval.
The Proof
My Own World
Before I offered this to anyone else, I used the process on my own business.
The world I built
A coaching practice, a workspace on an allotment, journals and illustration, children's books about mushrooms and magic, and a membership called Outlandish. On paper, they looked like separate things.
What I noticed
They all came from the same place: nature, imagination, the unusual, and a wish to help people feel more like themselves. Yet very little of what I showed the world said so.
What I connected
The allotment, the drawing hand, the water in the forest, the heather, the desk. Once I stopped seeing them as separate offers, the thread between them was obvious.
What I imagined
A world of moss, ink and amber light, with a quiet kind of power. Somewhere people could step into rather than just scroll past.
Who brought it to life
I created the world and the creative direction; Alice brought her photographic eye to capturing it. The locations, styling, objects, atmosphere and story were deliberately connected, and the result now runs through this whole website.

What You Leave With
The point is not to make something beautiful and leave you wondering what to do with it. You leave with the creative world, the assets and enough practical translation to continue using it.
A bespoke creative concept, narrative, visual language, atmosphere, signature elements and clear direction that belong specifically to you and your business.
A five-hour professionally photographed creative production with Alice and a minimum of 230 edited images created from the world we've developed.
Up to three exemplar applications showing how the direction can live in the real business, plus your Creative Direction World Book and final handover.
Is This You?
Founding Investment
This includes the full 12-week Creative Direction experience with me, your in-person Immersion Day, the development and reveal of your creative world, pre-production direction, your five-hour professional photography production with Alice, activation work, Creative Direction World Book, handover and private WhatsApp access Monday–Thursday.
I am opening a very small number of founding Creative Direction projects at this investment while I establish and document this new body of work. If a concept requires exceptional production beyond the included photography, such as additional shoot time, specialist venues, film or other creative specialists, that will always be scoped and agreed with you before anything is booked.
Request The Details
I'm now opening a very small number of founding Creative Direction projects. Every one will be bespoke, so the first step is simply telling me what you've built, what you're feeling and what you suspect might be waiting to emerge. If it feels like there could be something here, we'll start with a conversation.
A short form. No commitment, just the start of a conversation.
